First-class service and freshly renovated room. The bed was good and it was great having Wi-Fi, balcony and terrace. The salad bar was superb and the staff were absolutely courteous! Pretty lobby. What's more, free parking was easy to find. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, spectacular location.

Exceptional location, awesome staff, nice bed. Great view of cathedral. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. The food at the continental breakfast was incredible.
Dissatisfied that air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Actually everything was cool. Walking distance to grocery shop and the markets across the street. Unbeatable location - 5 minutes walk from bus station. The bed was super comfy and the staff were so pleasant.

Our stay here was awesome, easy base for exploring San Jose. There were a convenience shop and supermarket around the hotel. The restaurant was small, and staff cheerful. The service was UNBEATABLE too.
